The petrol price in Turkmenistan has remained at the same level of 1,5 manats per liter.
A day earlie, “Chronicles of Turkmenistan” reported that car owners in Dashoguz lined up in huge queues in front of filling stations. This was caused by the rumours that the petrol price was expected to double.
Let is recall that on 1 February the price for petrol in Turkmenistan increased from 1 to 1.5 manats per liter. The official authorities of Turkmenistan do not publish any preliminary announcements or reports on the petrol price increase.
